What Are Components of Concrete Line Pump Truck
Mechanism system. It is composed of main power system, pumping system, sub-frame, water washing system and other parts.
Chassis. It is mainly used to provide power for the movement of on-board pumps, and is generally converted from the chassis of ordinary trucks.
Main power system. The diesel engine is used, and the diesel engine drives the oil pump to run at high speed through the coupling to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system.
Pumping system. It is the actuator of the on-board pump, which is used to continuously transport the concrete to the pouring site along the delivery pipeline. The pumping system consists of main oil cylinder, water tank, conveying cylinder, concrete piston, swing mechanism, S valve assembly, stirring mechanism, hopper, discharge port and other components.
Subframe. Including auxiliary beam, platform, hopper support, diesel engine support, etc. It is mainly used to fix the diesel engine and pumping system, and connect the upper part and the chassis to form a complete machine.
Hydraulic tank. It is a special container, in addition to storing hydraulic oil, it also has the function of dissipating heat and depositing grease. In order to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic oil, the upper cover of the hydraulic oil tank cannot be opened casually.
Washing system. It is composed of water tank, water pump, water gun, water inlet hose, return water hose and other components, and is used to clean the vehicle body after the on-board pump completes its work.
Cooling system. Used to cool hydraulic oil and adjust the temperature of hydraulic oil. The cooling system consists of radiators, hydraulic motors, fans, rubber hoses and other components. The cooling system uses a high-performance radiator and hydraulic motor, which can work in a very harsh environment for a long time.
Lubrication system. Used to lubricate the moving parts of the machine. A good lubrication environment can prolong the life of the machine and ensure the normal operation of the machine. The lubrication system can be divided into two parts: manual lubrication and automatic lubrication.

The Composition of Hydraulic System of Concrete Truck Pump
Outrigger multi-way valve. The outrigger operation form of the vehicle-mounted pump is mainly to control the movement of the front and rear outriggers through the outrigger multi-way valve. Water pump control valve. The control of the water pump is mainly realized by the electromagnetic reversing valve on the auxiliary valve block.
Agitation with agitation shut-off valve. The control valve block with agitation and water pump is installed under the chassis of the vehicle pump. The agitator can be switched between two rotation directions by controlling the agitation reversal solenoid valve. When the forward rotation electromagnet is not powered, the agitator delivers concrete to the delivery cylinder. When reversed, the electromagnet is energized, and the agitator lifts the concrete away from the conveying cylinder.
