Operating Procedures
During operation, pay attention to abnormal conditions and excessive temperature rise of some components. Once a problem occurs, it should be stopped for inspection and repaired until it is normal.
During use, it is necessary to ensure that the operator can operate the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the work position during operation.
Before the ascending operation, open the vent valve first, so that the inside of the mixing tank is at normal pressure. After reaching the raised position, the safety bolt needs to be plugged in.
After vacuuming, close the ball valve of the barrel first, then open the small normal pressure recovery valve, it is best to close the vacuum pump.
When the mixer is vacuuming, it is necessary to check whether the material barrel and the cover are flat, whether the material port cover is tightly closed. Pay attention: do not extend your hands into the mixer, otherwise it may pose a threat to people’s life safety.
After the operation of each machine is completed, it must be cleaned in time, the equipment should be lubricated, and the power supply should be cut off.
