What is slipform paver machine?
Multi-functional slipform pavers is a multi-purpose cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is multi-purpose and can realize various moldconfiguration methods. It is widely used in road drainage ditches, drainage channels, curbs, shoulder stones, concrete guardrail cement concrete structures, farmland water conservancychannels and other construction fields. It replaces the traditional process and significantlyimproves the construction quality and speed of cement concrete structures. With slipform pavers, the concrete is placed directly in front of the machine and distributed by aspreading auger or spreading plough. FAQ - More About SLIPFORM PAVERS
The essential difference between slip-form and fixed-form methods is on the way the form work is fitted. In slip-form method the form work which is attached to the paver moves along with the paver during paving operation. Compaction and finishing of concrete are carried out within the length of a single machine.
Slipform paving production rates are typically in the range of 65 – 100 m3/hr (85 – 131 yd3/hr) for mainline paving. That translates into between 70 – 90 m/hr (230 – 300 ft./hr) of 3.66 m (12 ft.) wide, 250 mm (10 inch) thick PCC surface course.

- Often requires additional steel temporary bracing to be provided to ensure cast core walls are structurally adequate until the slabs are constructed.
